Store Associate

Job Description

DO – Key Responsibilities
. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in the store.
. Proactively acknowledge, greet and assist customers in the store
. Merchandise, restock and maintain sales floor as per Brand standards
. Responsible for effective replenishment
. Responsible for maintaining fitting room standards
. Multi-skilled in cashiering, sales floor, customer handling and back-store
. Never say No to customer
Required Qualification & Work Experience
. 12th Class / Graduation
. Experience in handling customer relations in sales.
Required Key Skills
. Presentable
. Team worker
. Positive attitude
. Flexibility in approach with customer & employees
