Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
Star Services is seeking a dynamic candidate to join the recruitment team as part of enhancing talent acquisition and head hunting activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Fulfil client based enquiries within minimum turnaround time
Determine selection criteria and shortlist candidates
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Deal with project team on hiring needs
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/Head Hunting industry.
Experience in recruitment of local and expat candidates.
Excellent interviewing skills
Hands on experience in technical recruitment
PC literate in MS Office
Familiar in using Applicant Tracking System
Master's/Bachelor's degree in business management or HR Management or related discipline
Familiarity with job portals, social media, resume databases and professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
