Job Description

Media.Monks is looking for a Program Lead to oversee a broad program of platform development, content, data & digital media projects for one of the largest mega-projects in Saudi Arabia. In this lead client-facing position, you'll work at the intersection of business and platform solutions to bring deliver world-class projects at a consistent rate to our client.
Living on-site as a part of the client team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia you will be the face of the Middle East Monastery, working hand-in-hand with our ambitious client to build the first cognitive and smart city in the world, contributing to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
Key Accountability

You will wear multiple leadership hats at once as part of a long-term end to end partnership for our client in Saudi Arabia.
You'll not just be our client's trusted go-to Monk, as a Program Lead you're responsible for orchestrating the entire pipeline from sales to staffing, production and operations.
You liaise between the client and our own Monks to kickstart new assignments, delegating tasks to dedicated teams, and ensuring highest quality of delivery.
Ensure accountability across project teams delivering quality and timeliness and work to exceed baseline-level content and deadlines across defined scopes of work as well as new opportunities
You act as a strategic partner who understands the client's brand and business inside out, developing a roadmap for continued success.
You connect brand, technology, data and business needs into long term strategy and executable roadmaps at a macro and micro level.
You will play a role in guiding product development and management from your deep experience in digital platform solutions.
You make sure projects are set up for success by connecting the needs of our clients to the right Monks, making sure great work is done between our production (platform, content, data and digital media) monasteries around the world.
You work to create efficiencies by improving our overall process, workflow and communication for projects, driving excellence and highest quality program delivery
You will safeguard the client relationship and budget, whilst having a consistent eye on revenue growth, you will work closely with the Program Director to enable business planning and development to make sure we hit targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for new assignments that add value to all parties.

Experience

With at least 10-12 years of industry experience and 4+ years in a lead role, you have a solid background in digital transformations.
Excellent communicator, agile mastermind, problem solver, solution oriented thinker, change management and leadership skills.
This senior-level role requires someone who's experienced in managing multi-million dollar retainers.
You bring a broad understanding of what is needed to produce high-end digital platform solutions at a high pace in today's always-on environment.
On the business side, you know how to balance the client's objectives with the needs of our own company.

Knowledge / Skills

You have a keen understanding of the (digital) business objectives of global brands and are able to quickly fathom a project's challenges and what needs to be achieved.
You don't think in projects but in partnerships, developing the client relationship and work-streams milestones ahead.
Setting up and sustaining projects between teams and time zones is no easy feat and requires superb planning as well as interpersonal skills.
Arabic speaking is a plus.
