Job Purpose:
To support activities in any one of the portfolio (POS, MBBF and CRE), risk management & analytics related to Business banking portfolio primarily on assets
Key Accountabilities:
This function is created to support VP- Governance & Process in implementing the planned BBG strategy for assets, portfolio monitoring and hygiene.
Portfolio Management & Optimization:
- Lead portfolio optimization based on customer insights, commercial drivers and business priorities.
- Lead asset portfolio hygiene management and ensure Past due management.
- Engage with RMs to ensure minimal deficiency in post disbursal documentation and minimal facility expiries
- Analyze market insight to develop and drive acquisitions and retentions strategy
- Analyze customer portfolioto deepen relationships through driving cross selling and minimize provisions
- Support coverage team to identify potential opportunities within existing portfolio based on market analysis and insights
- Assist team head to lead the delivery of BBG transformational journey through developing an integrated implementation approach across People, Products and Platforms in collaboration with stakeholders across FAB.
- Design and lead the execution of portfolio management strategy in alignment with BBG team Build-out core set of management information and associated work practices covering key Private Banking dimensions, to enable the improved interpretation and management of performance.
- Agreement and ownership of the KPI framework / Balanced Scorecards / Targets that drives the success of the overall plan.
- Deep Understanding of Program Lending Assets (MBBF and POS Loan).
- Should have prior experience/knowledge of SOP's, Policy and process flow for Program Lending Assets (MBBF and POS Loan).
Communications & Engagement:
- Deliver an effective Communications Framework and strategy for portfolio management across BBG which is aligned to the overall strategy, engages all colleagues and has a consistent narrative aligned to the vision and performance / engagement
- Create an Empowered Environment that encourages colleagues to contribute with ideas to help the growth agenda and speak out on issues that get in the way of delivering the vision and helping customers with their needs
Qualifications
Graduate with at least 7 years relevant local market knowledge in retail banking product and services
- Sound compliance, ops or product or sales governance background
- Prior experience in digitization and process excellence
- Customer obsessed, change focused pragmatist
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
