A vacancy has become available within our Centre Management Team.
Candidates must have exceptional customer service and communication skills. You must be able to work independently using initiative and problem-solving skills, as well as contribute towards part of a team. A high standard of written and spoken English is essential. For this role, previous experience of working with an awarding organisation, a certification body or a training organisation would be extremely advantageous. Arabic speaking candidates are preferred. All applicants should be educated to degree level, attested certificates will be requested. You should be proficient in all Microsoft applications and have the ability to work efficiently with a CRM. Applicants will only be considered if they are already based within the UAE and have experience of working within the region.
