We are currently looking for an ‘Intern’ for our Taste & Wellbeing Regional Innovation team. The role will report to the Regional Category Marketing Manager, will be based in our Dubai Media City office, and will work at least 3 days a week and 8 hours a day for 6 months; if needed, the role is also flexible to be split into 4 hours a day across the 5 weekdays.

You will learn, gather insights, and support the team for exciting core project activities for Category Management & Product Management for the Taste & Wellbeing Regional Innovation team across a number of product categories like Snacks, Savoury, Beverage, Bakery, Sweet goods, Naturals, etc. Start date – ASAP.

In this exciting role, with a can-do attitude, you will:

Analyse food and beverage product categories and brands to identify trends, competitive dynamics and brand challenges and make well-informed commercial and marketing strategy recommendations to the team.
Assist the Category Marketing Manager and Product Managers on specific projects that will involve compiling, consolidating, and uploading information into our internal portals.
Learn about the latest development in food and beverage trends in the global and local markets.
Have access to data (e.g., Mintel, Global data, Euromonitor and FMCG Gurus), Givaudan internal company tools and consumer research to expand your knowledge in the innovative and high-paced food and beverages industry!
Work closely with local markets to collect, upload, and share information.
Support Product Manager’s on specific innovation projects and rollouts that will involve sampling and documentation activities.

المهارات

You?

Currently studying or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's program (or similar) in ONLY Marketing or Business Administration or Food Science/Technology disciplines at a recognised University or Business School.
Prior international experience is a plus – studies or internships.
Already residing or living in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and have your own valid UAE Residence visa through the university, parent, spouse, or other valid arrangements (Golden visa, Green visa, etc.) that will allow you to work and do this internship with us.
Passionate with all aspects of marketing, from inspiration to commercialisation.
High affinity for the food and beverage industry.
Good project management skills.
Ability to build a marketing presentation and is very solution-oriented with an innovative mindset.
Comfortable working across different digital platforms and exploring new digital tools.
Expert in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Proficient in the English language.
