We are currently hiring for a Leading Telco/ Digital Solution Provider and they are looking for a successful Digital Transformation Consultant to join their team.
We are looking for aDigital Transformation Consultantwho is able to focus on details and see the big picture. You will be joining a team who is delivering digital transformation in cities, regions and developments, supporting Clients on major projects globally across multiple sectors. Your Responsibilities
- As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will be tasked with working across the Smart City project lifecycle, from the analysis of qualities of place, to the identification and design of smart services, to planning for and driving their implementation.
- Work along side the Product Management team and assist in creating and driving product strategy and governance frameworks using best practices and tools such as Business Model Canvas & Agile methods
- Identify market requirements, customers problems and discover underlying opportunities that can be solved/harnessed by the product.
- Carry out research in collaboration with the management, SMEs, and external agencies as applicable.
- Create competitive analysis with support from SMEs, marketing and management teams.
- Use advanced techniques such as user-centric design on real-life problems as well as presenting outputs in visual forms, infographics and/or dashboards
- You will be responsible for building and developing relationships internally/externally with clients to help us share knowledge and deliver best practice,
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation or relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, or Engineering or relevant degree
- Proficiency in the Arabic language is preferred English language proficiency is a must.
- Proven experience working with regional brands in the Middle East.
- Proven experience working in Telco or Managed Services firms.
- Expertise in relevant technologies (such as 4G/5G communications, IoT, big data/analytics, digital transformations)
- Experience of networking and ability to build client relationships
