Job Description :
- Interface with the public sector entities for regulatory matters.
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO.
- Support the financial planning and analysis.
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
- Interact with Banks and Manage the relationships.
- Must be CPA qualified, apart from formal qualification in Finance.
