The booth manager will be in charge of the booth and its sales. They will need to serve the food and beverages to the customers and ensure to provide excellent quality service. They are also responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their visit becomes a memorable experience. We are a startup ice cream shop based in Qatar currently working through pop-ups and temporary locations around Doha during the duration of the FIFA World Cup.

.Key Accountabilities Include:
• Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage
• Greet all customers and serve them in a professional, discreet & personalized way
• Consistently monitor the quality of Food & Beverages being served
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints/queries satisfactorily
• Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the booth
• Responsible for all service preparations before, during & after the opening hours.
• Actively use up-selling techniques to exceed Guest expectations and increase revenue
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests' and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
• Comply with the booth's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
About you:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
• Minimum of a high school graduation certificate
• Minimum 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in the English language.
• Able to perform duties under pressure while maintaining the highest customer service standards.
• Excellent customer focus and service delivery
