مطلوب مهندس مدني للعمل في عمان

A contracting company in Amman is hiring :

1- Quantity surveyor ( prefer male) :

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil or architectural engineering.

– Must have minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

– Must be able to prepare BOQ, quantities takeoff, variation orders, claims, changing costs claims and payments.

-Must be able to read drawings and contract documents and understand FIDIC forms of contract.

– Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (excel, word and Microsoft project).

– Must have analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail and excellent math knowledge.

2- Civil Site engineer ( prefer male)

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

– Must have minimum 5 years of experience in contracting companies, structural projects and interiors projects

-Must be able to supervise and monitor daily site works and contractor’s staff.

-Must be able to read structural, architectural and MEP drawings and coordinate with all disciplines and subcontractors.

-Preparing Shop drawings, as built drawings, materials submittals and RFI’S.

-Must be able to understand BOQ, specifications and contract documents.

-Follow up the project progress with the team and prepare a time schedule and daily reports.

– Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (excel, word and Microsoft project).

– Must have analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail and planning skills.

-Must have excellent project management and quality control skills.
