Job Description
. To run and maintain the Warehousing function, Duties & Responsibilities.
. Rotational warehouse duties required within the warehouse (goods inwards, outwards, tracking logging).
. Check goods inwards from suppliers and worksites/projects.
. manage stocks and materials into designated areas.
. Pack and organizing equipment's for projects under tight deadlines.
. Inventory maintenance via count and stock taking.
. maintain 3rd parry certification cycles. Inline with IRATA and DM regulations.
. Prepare items for shipment to worksites under tight deadlines.
. Driving duties as/if required for local collections and deliveries.
. Book out equipment/spares for repairs and ensuring a fast turnaround.
. Organising all shipments in line with company requirements.
. Ensuring the integrity of all related documentation such as certification, traceability.
. coordinating drivers for personnel and equipment's
. Verification of all goods received and logged on paper trail system.
. Demonstrate a commitment to continuously improving your working environment and warehouse set up.
Requirements
1. MS office advance skills a must.
2. Driving license
3. Minimum 5 years experience in similar position.
4. previous experience within a large rope access organisation preferred.
5.Available to join immediately
