Due to company expansion, we invite Front Desk Receptionists to join our team!

What the job entails:

As part of our Front Desk Reception Team, you will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting our offices. This includes VIP clients from abroad and within the UAE.

• Greeting clients and directing them to one of our meeting rooms
• Working in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple tasks at any given time
• Organisation of the office and meeting rooms
• Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well stocked
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
• Answering calls and office inquiries in a professional manner
• Upholding dress code standards; acting as a role model and ambassador to the business

Who we are looking for:

To be considered for our Front Desk Reception Team, you’ll need to be:

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Competent with Microsoft Office programs
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Solution-oriented Customer-service inclined

And have:

• At least one year experience in a similar role
• A minimum of college education
• No visible tattoos whilst in uniform
• Acute attention to detail
• A high standard of presentability
• A friendly demeanour
