WIS Consultancy is looking for a Filipino Office Admin Assistant for immediate hiring.
Job description :
– Assisting colleagues and visitors to the company by providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, e-mail and in-office meetings.
– Emails correspondence, follow-ups, reminders and direct phone calls.
– Submit required documents.
– Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel/google sheets.
– Compose, edit and draft letters, preparing addenda and property-related contracts.
– Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents, and details as necessary.
– Answering Inquiries, assisting clients in the office
-Handling day-to-day operations in the office.
Requirements:
– Have 1-2 years of work experience in UAE.
– Good English and Arabic communication skills, smart and presentable.
– Eager to learn.
– Attention to Details.
– Good knowledge of software tools like One Drive, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
