We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Eyelash Extension Artist/Technician with definitive in-salon experience. This person preferably holds a Cosmetologist License and will work full time in our salon in JVC

Preferably, stylist is licensed, a team player, reliable and responsible, and a HUGE plus to have a year of in-salon experience.

Preferably Russians and Vietnamese

Deliver customized eyelash experience designed to exceed client's expectations
Utilize training, skills and expertise to consistently deliver services during consecutive appointments
Actively seek and participate in advanced training, including new products, new services and more
Uphold policies and standards as directed by state law and salon ownership
Expertly guide guests to ideal services, upgrades and products
Represent, grow and maintain the business through client interaction, product sales, membership sales, referrals and continued growth as a Lash Artist
Positively contribute to the salon team, atmosphere and reputation of The Lash Lounge

LASH ARTIST/STYLIST QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably, licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist – Lash Extension Experience a HUGE PLUS
Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow proprietary application process
Must be upbeat, energetic and positive contributor to the salon
Must possess great customer service skills and engage well with teammates, guests and management
Must be available to work flexible schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs the day to day application of our services to scheduled clients
Thoroughly conducts expected client consultation prior to service application
Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station, organization and cleanliness of overall treatment area.
Responsible for proper sanitation of implements according to Salon's protocol and Licensing
Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked.
Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.
All other duties as prescribed.

Active Cosmetology, Esthetician, or equivalent state license required.
