Description:
We are Dubai Municipality G+1, ISO certified, DCD and DDA approved contracting company specializing in the construction of luxury and commercial villa projects, commercial warehouses, and factories. We are looking for a Business development manager to start immediately.
Job description:
. Identify and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships and bring leads from major construction companies
. Ability to analyze the market and establish competitive advantages in order to identify new business opportunities and bring new projects
. Prepare offers, negotiate and follow up with clients in order to improve sales through various methods
. Research in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business
. Confident in building relationships with existing and prospective clients
. Attend client meetings and liaison between contractors and consultants
. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit and prepare monthly reports on achievements of those targets
. Set business forecast and submit time to time reports for management
. Ability to generate revenue and maximize profit in the process of achieving sales targets
Preferred Skills/ Attributes:
. Must have an excellent contact network in the UAE mainly with consultants and contractors
. Experience in business development in villa projects will be an advantage
. Excellent Negotiation and networking skills
. Strong communication and presentation skills
. CRM experience is preferred
License/Certification:
. Bachelor's Degree
. UAE driving license (Required)
. Minimum 3 years UAE experience in the construction industry
. Arabic Linguistic skills will be a plus
