… Job Role includes but not limited to:
1. Prepare and present design solutions and take part in various stages of design development.
2. Produce detailed drawings, and acquire all relevant information – new or existing details.
3. Taking part or lead in design assignments in collaboration with project team.
4. Ensure knowledge of all applicable local design guidelines, codes & international standard.
5. Ensuring tasks allocated is completed & delivered with quality after a self-check.
6. Prepare drawings and documents for tendering and construction.
7. Arrange meetings to review design, plans, making modifications or revisions as required.
… Software Expertise:
1. Revit, Auto Cad & Lumion.
2. Strong 3D modling skills.
… Qualification/Experience
Education: Bachelor in Architecture.
1. Experience wise must have 2 -4 years of experience, most recent experience must be in UAE.
… Skills:
. Imaginative with creative thinking
. Strong communication skills.
. Positive Attitude.
