Description:
We are looking for an Administrative/Receptionist to join our team immediately and support our daily office procedures. Candidate should be available in UAE.
We are looking for professional candidate for our Real Estate Brokerage Office who can handle the office work.
– Email correspondence, follow-ups, reminders and phone calls and coordination with Estate Agents and Clients.
– Preparing Real estate forms such as Contract A, B and F online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner.
– Submits required documents for each property to secure Trakheesi permit and Listing Verification
– Managing CRM and Property listings in Portals like Property finder, Bayut Dubizzle and other portals etc. Ensures that all listed ads are verified and checked.
– Performs any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
– Prepares Invoices and Receipts.
– Managing a client database and preparing reports.
– Keeping updated with RERA rules and regulations.
-Knowledge of Picture/ Video editing tools such as photoshop will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of databases, MS Office, Tenancy contracts & Ejari
-Person with good oral and written communication skills, having 2-3 years experience in Dubai Real estate is must.
-Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Experience with office management software like CRM, MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
