The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

  • Acts as the organization's first point of contact for visitors and/or callers while ensuring professional communication
  • Assist finance with date entry
  • Review incoming invoices documents from all branches and forward to finance
  • Manages office supplies stock and places orders with suppliers
  • Manages petty cash and office bills, prepares reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Manages office facilities and liaises with bldg. management for maintenance works, access permits and parking facilities
  • Manages the services to ensure the office cleanliness is maintained to its highest standards
  • Maintain maintenance agreements and monitor the maintenance cost.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Support the team in preparing requirement management reports from time to time.
  • Attend team meetings and prepare minutes of the meeting.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
