A global energy organisation is currently seeking a Senior Advisor – Training to join the business at their UAE based HQ. . Manage the annual technical training need analysis process . Consults on specific training needs with technical understanding . Supports training budget management . Develops and maintains a list of vendors
- Must have proven experience in training within the technical field
- Must have experience in any of the following industries – Oil & Gas, E&C, Petrochem
- Must have experience working on projects in the Middle East
- Must be able to travel without visa restrictions across the GCC, India & UK
