AE7 Dubai is looking for a Lead Landscape Architect to work on international projects. Preferred candidates will have experience / expertise in Master Planning, Destination Developments, Parks and other multidisciplinary projects of various sizes and scale
Reporting to: Principal
Responsibilities:
- Lead landscape designs from concept design phase through construction documentation / specifications as well as construction oversight
- Play a key role in client management by maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
- Require knowledge and in depth experience with materials and finishes, levels and grading, furniture, lighting, planting, irrigation landscape specifications and local construction methods.
- Able to manage / mentor junior staff
- Possess strong working knowledge of standards and constructability.
- Able to coordinate consultants and other disciplines
- Demonstrates an understanding of the aesthetic and technical components of landscape architecture.
المهارات
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the field of Landscape Design Architecture
- Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Codes, ADA and Zoning requirements that can impact planning and design
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have excellent client facing, presentation, project management and organizational skills.
