Role Purpose:
The role of the Human Capital Executive will support the implementation of HC policies and drive employee relations, engagement and employee management activities
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Delivery & Support
- Provide employee policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Coordinates onboarding process, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
- Respond to employee-related inquiries.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensures required documents are collated prior to payroll.
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
- Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
- Develop and maintain talent management processes.
- Support employee morale and employee engagement across LEC.
- Collaborate with the HC team to support effective recruitment strategies and payroll strategies.
- Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee records.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

- Performs duties as deemed necessary for the proper execution duties delegated by the Head of HC Operations and/or Director of Human Capital.
Functional/Technical Competencies
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Familiarity with the employment laws and HR best practices,
Personal Characteristics and Required Background:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills will be required to assess situations and make accurate observations.
- Strong time management skills.
- Self-motivated working under minimal supervision, be proactive going beyond the call of duty, and demonstrate calmness during times of uncertainty.
Minimum experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working across various HR disciplines.
Minimum qualifications/education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field.
