This is a fantastic opportunity for an CRM Executive to join at an exciting time in 6th Street Marketing team
In this role you will have a detailed understanding of how CRM worksand be able to use them strategically to deliver business value:
Key Deliverables:
. Works closely with CRM Marketing Manager to develop the CRM strategy
. Ensure CRM calendar and communication aligns with marketing and deals calendar
. Build, test andexecute campaigns in the CRM tool, managing the end-to-end process, including data workflow and segmentation
. Identify new channels to drive existing customer engagement
. Drive growth and data-driven improvement across the engagement and retention funnel to increase revenue through journey building, customer engagement and repeat transactions.
. Conduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from campaigns, producing regular reports on performance
. Support the implementation and updates of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization
. Enhancing the efficiency of our digital marketing activities through marketing automation.
