الوصف الوظيفي

1 Use of utmost endeavours to protect, promote, and develop the business and interests of the project.

2 Work closely with and assist the Document Control Manager in all related document control activities.

3 Upload data, copy & scan documents or drawings, archive and produce reports as directed by the Document Control Manager related to the JV activities documentation as required, using Electronic Document Management System “Aconex and SharePoint”.

4 Properly identify the subject and the related topic to maintain proper archiving and prevent any loss or misplacement of documentation.

5 Ensure that documents are maintained properly in their relevant files and necessary copies are distributed (electronically and manually as deemed necessary) in accordance with agreed procedures in JV .

6 Respond to any query from the JV entities, stakeholders for timely proper document retrieval and delivery as directed by the Document Control Manager.

7 Provide all other duties deemed necessary for the effective operation of Document Control.

8 Expected to work flexibly and efficiently, to maintain the highest professional standards.

9 Expected to undertake your duties to ensure the efficient operation of Company and its business, together with the welfare and interests of its clients and employees.

10 Assist the Document Control Manager to direct and control the document management and archiving process related to the JV activities and documentation as required, using Electronic Document Management System “Aconex and SharePoint”.

المهارات

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management or Business Administration.

Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, with ability to work effectively with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Minimum of 5 – 6 years of relevant experience.

Compulsory: English (Excellent) Optional: Spanish (Good), Arabic (Good)

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Aconex.

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Apps.

Preferable candidate hold Saudi driving license.
