Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and responds to emails or social media
  • Handle customer inquiries over the phone, email, and social media
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into the system
  • Identify and escalate priority complaints
  • Follow up on customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs

المهارات

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Required language (Arabic/English)
  • Some experience in a call center/customer service
  • Stress tolerance
  • Teamwork

Shift Timing and Day off:

As a call center, we will be working from early morning to midnight, 7days / a week. There will be a roster for the team which will cover:

  • 8hrs per day
  • 5 days per week
