Country Project Manager E-Commerce Development AFR

Currently, we are seeking forCountry Project Manager E-Commerce Development AFR. In this role, the successful candidate is to develop and implement an effective and successful country e-Commerce product for DGF AFR.
Key Responsibilities
. Define and develop project document for eCommerce product set up and launch on the country level. Research and define IT solution requirements for eCommerce product as both origin and destination. Research and define operational requirements for eCommerce product. . Define areas of cooperation with DHLeCS and DHL Express as well as outline possible gaps. Act as the direct country level interface between DGF and DHLeCS or Express for all eCommerce related topics and possible interfaces / synergies
. Develop a country SOP that will allow DGF Air to set up an operational network allowing to handle eCommerce shipments successfully
. Educate internal DGF stakeholders on special/specific requirements of this project (act as ambassador internally).
Define business development strategies for go-to-market approach.
Identify and actively be involved with customers who would be using these services.
Interact closely with Country Sales and DGF stations in order to have one aligned approach for this product
Customers & Stakeholders
. DGF Air Branches, Sales, P+P, DHL Express, SBR, DGF IT Project Team, Customers, Suppliers (last mile providers)
Finance & Projects
. EBIT growth plan and detailed numbers to be developed once product set up is established.
People Management
. Work with several project teams. Ensure that need for additional resources are being communicated promptly with Regional Head of E-Commerce AFR and Country Head of AFR.
Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
. Minimum 8 years experience in eCommerce logistics companies
. Expert of the cross-border eCommerce logistics process and products
. Very good negotiation skill with local LSPs
. Solid project management experience
. Excellent understanding of main markets and related local regulations in Saudi Arabia and/or Middle East
. Degree-level education or equiv. experience
. Educated to degree level or equivalent
. Relevant professional qualifications and professional development
. Sound education in forwarding and/or eCommerce companies
. Excellent knowledge of local e-commerce sector, markets and players
. In depth forwarding knowledge/ education
. Strong Focus on IT systems and operations
. Analytical skills, strategic thinking and systematic problem solving
