Responsibilities
- Manage human resources, administration, operations, customer service and sales development
- Develop budget objectives and business strategies
- Asses local market conditions and identify sales opportunities
- Develop solid commercial relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiate logistics service contracts
- Manage and lead day-to-day logistics operations
- You work closely with different Business Units at Headquarters
- You report to the Board of Directors

Professional Qualifications
- Customer-oriented and assertive, with a long-term vision and a commercial ‘flair’
- Independent, team player, flexible and solution driven
- Strong in data analytics and administration management
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain relationships within all levels of the organization
- Master / Bachelor degree with at least 5 years logistics management experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- In possession of a car driver’s license
