Job Summary:
Responsible for the development of a Business Plan and Sales Strategy, to achieve volume and revenue growth while ensuring profitability, by analyzing opportunities, signing new customers & managing existing customers.
Key Responsibility:
Executes the sales plan for the allocated region according to the commercial policy of the company, achieving the quantitative and qualitative plans and targets for the region.
Actively develops and maintains relationships with customers.
Identifies and fulfills new clients necessities according to the company's marketing policy and attributed competence area.
Prepares the yearly Sales plan for ( Horeca ).
Communicates and cascades it down to the overseen managers and participates in converting it into monthly measurable targets for their second liners.
Excellent sales skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
