Purpose of the Role
- To use their knowledge of the Toll Blending and Private Label lubricant Industry to generate and retain new business. Growing the customer base.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Present the company in a positive light at all times.
- Generate and qualify leads
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule sales activity
- Maintain a customer database on CRM
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Negotiate with clients
- Develop sales proposals
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports using CRM
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person promptly
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow up on sales activity
- Carry out market research and surveys
- Participate in sales events
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
المهارات
Education and Experience
- Degree or degree equivalent
- At least five years' experience selling toll/private label products and services
- Will travel in the GCC region
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Business orientated
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
