Recruiting Program Manager, MENA Consumer Talent Acquisition (Level 5)

Job summary
Our talent acquisition team is searching for a program manager to join our team. This role will focus on implementation on various recruiting processes, localization of tools, and help our recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates by improving their CX and UX. This role will focus on providing our candidates with the same amazing experience that our customers have come to expect from Amazon. Initiatives will include driving program improvements, identifying new opportunities, and leading projects to provide enhanced services to our recruiters, candidates and hiring managers.
Key job responsibilities
The candidate will have a proven record of full cycle project management, from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement. Responsibilities will include:
. Managing multiple program areas
. Executing corporate-wide initiatives – define project plans, assemble resources, manage implementation activities, and develop all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
. Identifying new opportunities – assess and prioritize program needs based on business requirements, develop business case for new initiatives and obtain project approvals
. Scaling existing programs – expand coverage of existing services to additional domestic and international locations – successfully manage all aspects of program implementation working in partnership with regional recruiting teams
. Improving external recruiting and onboarding services – represent company and candidate interests in the selection and implementation of external recruiting and vendors, monitor SLAs, provide ongoing feedback, and address service issues
About the team
MENA Consumer Talent Acquisition team is a specialized team to contribute the business growth by recruiting good talents. There are Recruiters , Recruiting Coordinators and Program Managers in the team and we all pursue the same goal together which is to hire the best possible talents at the earliest convenience. We also aim to provide the best candidate experience and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting process.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in program management or leading larger change projects
Should have HR/Recruitment domain knowledge
Business level English (Read/Write/Listen/Speak)
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs
Basic Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, and other basic formulas)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree)
