We are looking to hire a Project Champion to be able to work remotely with our company.

Role Description:

The Project Champion will be responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized. They will communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they will organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinating project schedules, meetings, interviews, and deadlines
• Responsible for the overall marketing plan (including competitor analysis, brainstorming content ideas, and content calendar creation)
• Provides supervision, training, development, and performance management of direct reports
• Content creation
• Attend to client’s business needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manages priorities and activities of the start-up team
• Proactively supports, encourages, and facilitates start-up teams to engage in continuous improvement activities
• Develop and maintain a detailed start-up schedule and detailed set of start-up packages to track Start- up completion and progress
• Pitch deck creation and building
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Manages and maintains open communications and relationships with the client & internal startups & internal team.
• Plans and prepares for start-up activities and major milestones

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of project coordination experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
