General Systems Engineering, planning, design, implementation, administration, and troubleshooting

In-depth knowledge of Storage

Assist and work with others to troubleshoot production issues

Liaison with application development teams

Assist with implementations

Assist with infrastructure architecture and sizing

Maintain knowledge of current systems architecture and configuration

Infrastructure and Operations documentation (as built, procedures, network)

Nutanix Cluster Management

Nutanix Cluster Configuration

Nutanix Hypervisor Integration with vmware ESXi 6.5

Nutanix Integrated Data Protection

Nutamix Cluster Architecture and Maintenance

Analytical skills for trouble shooting complex issues

Experience with network services including but limited to Syslog, NTP etc.

Experience with Veeam installation, configuration and administration.

Experience in managing offshore infrastructure backups and restoration.

SAN, iSCSI, NAS storage device configuration and administration.

Experience with block and file data migrations

Good knowledge with Windows, Unix server operating systems

Good knowledge of VMware and other Hypervisor hosts and cluster architecture in order to verify backups and storage migrations plans.

5+ years of experience

Nutanix Certified Professional – End User Computing

VCP-DCV

Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
