Description
Manage, assign, and change the offices seats, layout, and accommodation roomsDevelop, initiate and prepare the SLA's scope of works for services providersManage and tender the RFP's of services providers related to Facilities Management servicesManage and provide all the planned preventive maintenanceManage, prepare and oversee Contracts SLA'sManage and response to all the reactive maintenance and emergenciesMonitor and evaluate the services providers performanceManage and oversee the lessor performance in term hard and soft services
Profile
The successful candidate will be strong in maintenance management with a focus in hospitality property. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required.
