What you’ll do :

• Identify legal issues of concern to the business and proactively develop effective legal strategies
• Protect and enforce the company's interests in negotiation with third parties, before government agencies
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
• Provide of efficient legal services in the field of international operations of the Company
• Represent the company in negotiations and business meetings
• Provide continuous legal awareness to the other departments
• Stay up to date with changes and developments in the law

المهارات

Suggested Experience:

• Fluent spoken and written English,
• Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally a minimum of 1 year in the UAE
• Experience in an international environment
• Ability to work individually and under time pressure
• Professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion to keep sensitive information secure and private
• Bachelor or Master degree in law
