Our new modern beauty clinic in Lusail Marina is offering a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious HR professional to join our team as HR Executive and to grow together with us with the opportunity to become the HR Manager of a growing chain of beauty clinics in a couple of years.. The successful candidate will implement our People Strategy, the development of our team and ensure we are delivering a business culture that exceeds our clients’ expectations.

You will work closely with the Senior Management to deliver the company vision of being the number one chain of beauty clinics in Qatar and Middle East.

Key responsibilities will be:

· Head-hunting and recruitment of the best candidates for our business (including doctors and administration staff)

· Documentary work related to recruitment and HR

· Interviewing candidates, testing them during the probation period to select the best

· Induction of new joiners

· Delivering of company values and standards to entire team

· Together with Senior management development of company policies, its implementation and control

· Staff training on various areas

· Ensure annual performance review processes are in place and implemented

· Work alongside our accounts team to ensure payroll is accurate

· Happy and productive environment in the team

· Minimum 3 years in a HR role in a growing business

· Willing to learn and grow together with us

· Demonstrable administration, organisation and planning skills

· Confident in managing all HR admin whilst developing and implementing our strategic plans to grow the business

· Strategic thinking and visionary in developing a network of talented people

· Someone who is People focused, adaptable and treats others with respect

· Comprehensive Microsoft knowledge – Word/Excel/PowerPoint

· Performance management, coaching and development skills

· Enthusiastic with the ability to motivate others.
