Food & Beverage Supervisor

What you will be doing:
. Be involved in the planning of promotions, beverage purchases and pricing under the supervision of the Outlet Manager and constantly be aware of the outlet's cost of sale.
. Participate in the weekly supplies inventory and prepares store requisitions
. Supervise the daily operation under the set standards and as per the local regulations under the guidance of the Outlet Manager
. Inspect all areas daily before opening according to fixed standard checklist and ensures full adherence of the closing duties.
Your experience and skills include:
. Service focused personality is essential
. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
