Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons according Our Standards
• Interact with customers and regular guests, take orders and serve food and beverages
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations with upselling and cross selling
• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations as well as the company policies and SOP’s

Requirements and Skills

• Proven working experience as a Bartender in an alcoholic bar
• Strong knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Basic POS knowledge
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean at all time
• Relevant training certificates
• Preferably WSET level 1or 2(preferably in spirits)
• Charismatic and energetic personality
• Time management skills
• Must be able work in quickly, in fast-paced environments and methodically.
• Must be able to Lift heavy items (about 30-35kg), such as beer kegs and different items.
• Must have a good organization skills and must have a good memory to remember all recipes
