الوصف الوظيفي
Tender Engineer:
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Requirements
- Responsible for Technical / Engineering delivery of proposals / Tenders for all assigned Tenders
- Thoroughly review Tender Documents which includes Design Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Data Sheets, Calculations etc. and Clearly define the scope of Project
- Prepare Technical submittals as per Bid / Tender requirements which includes (but not limited to) methods, plans, organization, implementation strategies, specialized method statements and commissioning plants etc.
- Prepare / raise pre-tender queries etc. and coordinate with owner department /client for clarification
- Development alternative technical proposals as and where required
- Involve in all post tender activities till contract award including (but no limited to ) attendance on meeting with clients /consultants, clarification of post tender queries, techno commercial negotiation etc.
