- Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance.
 - Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.
 - Identify and Monitor and Report SLA with vendors.
 - Communicate with vendors/partners to follow, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.
 - Identifying hardware and software solutions.
 - Diagnosing and repairing faults.
 - Resolving integration and network issues.
 - Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
 - Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
 - Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
 - Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
 - Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
 - Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
 - Managing multiple cases at one time.
