الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose
• He will be responsible for the complete service activities of Epiroc Drilling Machines , Hydraulic attachments amd Brokk demolition machines in the assigned territory .
Key Accountabilities
• Training and Coaching of customer Maintenance personnel.
• Route Cause Analysis on repetitive failures.
• Assembly & Commissioning of machines.
• Installed fleet mapping.
• Support customers with suggested stocking guides.
• Forward customer feedback and any leads on new equipment requirements.
• Support in promotion of Equipment / component rebuilds.
• Promote and carry out routine audits.
• After hours and standby duties as and when required.
المهارات
- Epiroc experience is a must.
- Relevant technical (electrical or mechanical) certificate
- Good English
