Summary
Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas is looking for an outgoing person with an extrovert personality, who is confident and a
great team player to be a Recreation Sales Representative at the award-winning Jaula Spa & Club. The ideal candidate
should have a genuine passion for health and fitness, have a high level of interpersonal skills with an ability to build
lasting relationships with guests, and maintain strong client networks.
The Role
As a Recreation Sales Executive, your role will be to oversee the smooth running of the recreation reception on a daily
basis to achieve the highest level of Guest/Members experience and satisfaction as well as to communicate effectively
with all gym members and follow up on expired membership contracts. You will also be responsible to act as a sales
specialist in the area of Spa / Recreation membership sales as well as relationship building, account management and any
other areas of revenue generation.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations
- Good problem-solving and administrative skills as well as strong organization and follow up skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Schedule flexibility is necessary
- Qatar experience will be an added advantage
- Preferably residing in Qatar with support of transfer
