Maintenance Manager

• Will be responsible for following up the maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV.
• In charge of Maintenance Fire Fighting Systems and plumbing utilities for the mall.
• Participate in preparing estimated budgets for Mall maintenance projects.
• Preparing the Department’s strategic plan proposal and contributing to its, preparing and following up the implementation of operational plans to ensure their balance with the managements.
• Coordinating with CAFM operators to ensure that all the tasks are resolved on time.
• Will be responsible for handling & timely closure of user complaints.
• Supervising maintenance plans, and following up on achievement levels, and ensuring their implementation within approved plans and standards.
• Will be responsible for Planning & implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Organizing the task schedule of supervisors & technical and developing a contingency plan to prepare for emergency situations.
