الوصف الوظيفي
- Communicate with doctors and various medical centers to take appointments from them to present our services
- Communicate with customers via phone
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our products & services
- Attracting new customers and maintaining existing customers by dealing with complaints and providing solutions to the various problems facing customers
- Data entry in various platforms
- Make plan to achieve the target

المهارات
- At least 1 – 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Females only
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages
- Cairo residents only, preferably Nearby Nasr City.
