The applicant will be responsible to ensure governmental roles and regulations are applied well to maintain the organization reputation along with shareholders’ as well. It is also within the responsibility to ensure CMA declarations requirement are met.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

● Ensure CMA, SAMA and MOC roles and regulations are applied within the organization.

● Provide the required support for board and sub board committees.

● Ensure all shareholders rights and requirements are met.

● Participate in the development of corporate governance policies and procedures.

● Establish corporate governance manuals as required by MOC and CMA.

● Ensure authority matrix is well defining key roles and responsibilities along with the correctness of its implementation.

● Monitoring of key activities that should be monitored taking into consideration the risks, reputation and operational losses.

المهارات

Required Skills/Abilities:

● Good knowledge on corporate governance roles and regulations .Mainly for CMA and MOC.

● Strong Communication Skills in English and Arabic.

● Insurance background is preferred.

Required work experience/Qualifications/Certification:

● Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.

● Experience in working in a technology company is preferred.

● At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Language skills:

● Required language(s): English and Arabic (essential)
