Description:
Ensuring operational efficiency through completing daily administrative responsibilities and providing technical support to the Real Estate Agents.
Implementing a robust data entry system with the use of business-specific Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Preparing sales-related documents, invoices, receipts, and contracts, as required.
Maintaining spreadsheets in Excel related to administrative activities.
Ensuring good documentation practice, by maintaining accurate and updated data across all business files.
Receiving and responding to e-mail correspondences and phone inquiries in relation to real estate solutions and referring clients to the relevant real estate agent.
Maintaining adequate inventory for stationery and office-related supplies.
Preparing reports and company presentations as required.
Submitting required documentation for the purpose of obtaining Trakheesi Permit for specific properties.
Scheduling property viewings for clients.
Maintaining updated data regarding company listings on Property advertisement portals.
Managing social media posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Admin Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using software tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Advanced typing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
