Responsibilities
· Welcome visitors in person when they arrive at the office.
· Answering phone calls and emails
· Office management
· Arranging travel queries
· Files management
· Arranging schedules
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in a related field
· 0-2 Years' experience
· Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
· High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
· Very good English skills written and spoken.
· Integrity and professionalism
· Proficiency in MS Office
· AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
· Photoshop knowledge is a plus
