تعلن الجمعية الاردنية لمصدري ومنتجي الخضار والفواكه عن حاجتها لمدير مشاريع للعمل لديها في الجمعية على أن تتوفر في المتقدمين لهذه الوظيفة ما يلي :-
الوصف الوظيفي مدير المشاريع:
1.القيام بادارة المشاريع الحالية التي تديرها الجمعية والتنسيق مع الجهات المانحة.
2. تحديد احتياجات / عقبات القطاع وتحويلها إلى مقترحات مشاريع ملموسة.
3. الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع التي تشارك فيها الجمعية.
4. تقديم تقارير المشروع إلى إدارة الجمعية.
5. دعم فريق العمل في الجمعية في مجالات التسويق، الترويج، أبحاث السوق وتمثيل القطاع الزراعي.

Project Manager
The Jordan Exporters and Producers Association for Fruits and Vegetables (JEPA) announces its need for a project manager to work at JEPA, provided that the applicants would meet the following :
Job description Projects Manager
To strengthen the team JEPA, is now hiring an expert for the position of “Projects manager”
The tasks for the projects manager include:
1. Projects development and management
The new projects manager will manage the current projects that JEPA is running and will coordinate these with donors;
2. Identify sector needs/obstacles and translate these into concrete project proposals;
3. Oversee the implementation projects where JEPA takes part;
4. Project reporting to management.
5. Support to the other Jepa team members in the areas of marketing and promotion; market research and advocacy.
• Required qualifications:
University degree
• Proficiency in communication, persuasion and dealing with different personalities.
• Proficiency in the English language in reading, speaking and writing
• Project identification, development and management skills, with min 3 years of experience
• The ability to use different computer programs, such as: word, excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• The ability to search for new projects with donors and international organizations and apply for them by writing a project proposal.
• Familiar with institutional work and the ability to work under pressure.
• Salary indication
The salary indication for this FULL TIME JOB is between 800-1000 JoD per month + incentives with new projects.
