Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment & selection operations by:

  1. Obtaining recruitment requests.
  2. Use the best method/s to find suitable candidates.
  3. Creating & Publishing vacancies announcements.
  4. Screening CVs and doing the necessary profiling tests.
  5. Providing recommendations for employment.
  6. keeping the ATS updated and all job applications in the required files.
  7. Coordinating recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, and managing correspondence during the recruitment.

Manage new recruits’ onboarding experience by:

  1. Preparing contracts.
  2. Conduct inductions.
  3. Opening new file, follow up on each element of the onboarding using the new employee checklist.
  4. Following up on the probation and training plan and at the end of probation.
  5. Subscribing the employee in health insurance, and life insurance policies.

Maintains human resources database and records by:

  1. Updating and monitoring the personnel filing and HR system.
  2. Providing an initial point of support to employees on HR systems by Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

Perform the daily administrative requests by:

Preparing the salary certificates, letter of experience, bank commitments, affiliates certificates, visa requests, work certificates, warning letters…..etc.

Maintains the employee’s attendance records, leaves, and annual vacation balances of all types updated by:

  1. Keeps record of the employees’ attendance.
  2. Compiles performance assessment results, achievements, and objectives.
  3. Administers and controls the Health, life, and Cancer Insurance Contract.

Requirements:

  • BA/ BSc degree: Business Administration.
  • Experience of 2 years in the HR field especially in recruiting.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Very good PC skills; Microsoft Applications, MenaItech.
