Looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations of the company.
General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and
establishing policies. To be successful in this role, he should be a thoughtful leader and a confident
decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the
rise. Ultimately, helping our company to grow and thrive:
Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
Review and improve organizational effectiveness, establishing a highly motivational work
environment, and implementing innovative changes
Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals, ensure their completion,
and accomplish his own goals
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Maintain/control budgets and optimize expenses
Set policies and processes
Supervising division managers
Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies,
procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees, and train high performing employees
to achieve objectives
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
Direct the employee assessment process
Prepare regular reports for upper management
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to
competitors)
المهارات
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
Strong decision-making ability
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
Strong knowledge of operational procedures
Problem-solving aptitude
BSc/BA engineering management, technical management, or business administration;
MSc/MA is a plus
