الوصف الوظيفي
Duties & Responsibilities :
● Communicate and coordinate with the General Authority for Zakat.
● Preparing monthly & quarterly VAT returns for all companies and following up import and export lists.
● Preparing monthly WHT returns for all companies in the group.
● Preparing annual ZAKAT returns for all companies in the group.
● Booking monthly bank payments (Utility bills, such as customs, saber, electricity, water, and telephone bills, Zakat, VAT and WHT etc.
Education:
Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Commerce / Finance or equivalent
Experience:
2-5 year experience in handling payables function in accounts department preferably in an insurance company / financial services sector

Payables accounting skills
Payables reporting skills
Good experience in payables ERP systems
Knowledgeable in Saudi VAT and Taxation laws and procedures.
Good MS Excel and Word skills
