Senior Platform Owner, Enterprise Payments
The Platform owner – Payments Hub is heading the Payments Hub practice within the Core Systems Platform unit. This entails working in classical waterfall software development methodology and involves management of a number of subject matter experts including vendor teams. In this position he coordinates and manages various product teams that will consist of subject matter experts and drives successful delivery of projects in the area of Payments Hub in line with quality, time and cost targets.
Knowledge & Skills:

• General banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy. Additional deep ENBD-specific knowledge of the business requirements for the underlying backend as well as current regulatory topics and responsibilities preferred
• Experience in applying waterfall implementation methodology along with corresponding project management methodology (capacity planning, vendor management, medium scale development coordination) which also comprises management of interfaces and dependencies to other platform teams and also in connection with the agile teams. Additional overview of current testing practices and infrastructure requirements relevant
• Expertise in relevant technology, implementation and use cases as well as deep knowledge of tools used in the bank specifically in the transactional areas in the scope of Payments Hub.
• Knowledge in advanced technologies used in the customer experience platforms
• Additional knowledge of the major strategic priorities of the bank and their implications for technology required
• Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Orientation, Team Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Innovation, Flexibility, Integrity
• Leadership experience with team exceeding 10 – 15
• Self-motivated
• Clear and demonstrative communication
